Thank you for choosing a handmade experience. Because every product is created with care and often custom-sized, certain ordering rules apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within:
1 hour of purchase
After 1 hour, your order may already be in production or packaged and cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation within the 1-hour window, email:

Custom & Personalized Items
Custom-sized or made-to-order items enter production quickly.
Custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun,
even if within the 1-hour cancellation window.
Subscription Renewals (Future Feature)
If subscription boxes are added later:

Renewals can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date

Once a renewal processes, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
Failed Payments
Orders with incomplete or failed payments will not be processed.
We may contact you to update payment information if needed.
Out-of-Stock Situations
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to:

Instant downloads are final sale and cannot be cancelled.
