Return & Refund Policy — Beauty for the Soul

At Beauty for the Soul, each item is created with intention and care. Because we offer personal-use beauty products, certain hygiene and safety limitations apply.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused items only.

To qualify:

  • Items must be fully unopened

  • Packaging must be intact

  • All components included (application kit, cards, tools, etc.)

  • Must be in re-sellable condition

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Press-on nail sets

  • Sizing sets

  • Adhesives, primers, oils, serums

  • Collagen masks (lip or eye)

  • Any used or opened beauty item

  • Ritual boxes (due to curated contents)

  • Seasonal collections

  • Any item marked final sale


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos so we can assess quickly.

After 48 hours, we cannot approve damage claims.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept unauthorized returns.
If your request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email.


Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method

  • Processing takes 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Used/opened items

  • Incorrect size selections

  • Postal delays

  • Incorrect address entry

  • Final sale items

  • Ritual boxes

  • Change of mind


Exchanges

Due to hygiene standards and the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

If sizing is an issue, we’re happy to help you adjust future orders.
