All of our press-on nail sets and ritual boxes are handmade with intention. Because every item is crafted slowly and with care, our shipping timelines include both processing time and delivery time.
Processing Time
Each handmade item requires time to prepare.

Made-to-order press-on sets: 5–7 business days

Seasonal ritual boxes: 3–5 business days

Sizing sets + accessories: 2–3 business days
These times may increase slightly during product launches or holiday seasons.
Shipping Methods
We ship from Ontario, Canada using:

Canada Post Lettermail (no tracking, low-cost, for slim items)

Canada Post Tracked Package (recommended for most orders)
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Upgrades are available.

Weather, holidays, and postal delays may extend timelines.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Beauty for the Soul is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages once an order has been handed to Canada Post.
If you selected an untracked option, we are unable to locate or guarantee your shipment.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Return Shipping
We do not accept products shipped back to us without prior approval.
If a return is approved, the return address and instructions will be provided by email.
